Summary

  • Install Debian's adduser package in the debian:trixie-slim runner so addgroup and adduser are available during image creation.
  • Keep the trixie runtime base for compatibility with the Elixir builder's libc and preserve the non-root agentyard runtime user.

Verification

  • Build with docker build -f Dockerfile.prod -t agentyard:prod ..
  • Run the image briefly with runtime-only environment variables and a reachable database.
  • Confirm the Beam VM starts without GLIBC_2.38 or command-not-found errors, and that the container runs as agentyard.

This addresses the failed main image build; no GHCR visibility changes are included.
