Changes

  • .readthedocs.yaml: write Sphinx HTML to $READTHEDOCS_OUTPUT/html (RTD modern build requirement) — fixes "No HTML content found" build failure.
  • publish.yml: publish to PyPI using secrets.PYPI_API_TOKEN (project token).
  • publish-test.yml: publish to TestPyPI using secrets.TEST_PYPI_API_TOKEN.

Tokens stored as encrypted GitHub Actions secrets; never committed to repo.
