- Fix pulp_solver.py: add missing `import pulp` (NameError on solve) - Fix VersionConstraint `~` operator: now correctly computes next minor version (1.2.3 → 1.3.0) instead of next major - Split requirements.txt into core/solvers/web/dev for flexible installs - Add security job to CI (bandit, safety) with artifact upload - Add lint job (flake8, mypy, black, isort) with fail-fast - Add pytest-xdist parallel test runner across OS/Python matrix - Enhance web API: POST /api/v1/maximize, /api/v1/benchmark, /api/v1/cache/stats|clear, API key auth, error handlers, request timing middleware, health check - Add 31 integration tests: end-to-end maximization, solver comparison, constraint scenarios, parser samples, web API client tests (auth, errors, backward compat) - Update README: dependency matrix, REST API docs with examples All 206 tests pass (175 existing + 31 new integration).

Critical fix: Z3 Solver class doesn't have maximize() method. Must use Optimize instead of Solver to enable optimization. Changes: - Import Optimize instead of Solver from z3 - Replace Solver() with Optimize() in both solve() and solve_with_weights() - solver.maximize() now works correctly - Fixed docstring to reference Optimize This fixes a runtime AttributeError when using Z3Solver with optimization enabled. All 206 tests pass after the fix.

- Add validate_maximize_payload() to web API: rejects non-string/empty package names, non-numeric weights, oversized payloads (MAX_PACKAGES, MAX_NAME_LEN env-tunable). Returns client-safe 400 errors. - Add 6 web input-validation tests (missing field, bad types, missing API key, too-many-packages) to TestWebAPIIntegration. - Move numpy/pandas/matplotlib/seaborn from core deps to new `viz` extra; `all` now = web+solvers+viz. Core no longer requires numpy at import time (verified: web import works without numpy installed). All 229 tests pass; 0 critical flake8 errors.

…v1/export` - Add package_maximizer/utils/exporters.py: to_json/to_csv/to_graphml for maximization results and conflict/dependency graphs (PM-30 ergonomics). - Add `pm export` CLI command (json|csv|graphml, --output-file). - Add POST /api/v1/export web endpoint with proper content-types and the same input validation as /api/v1/maximize. - Fix: export_command maps Package objects -> names (maximize() returns list[Package]); exporters expect Iterable[str]. - Add tests/test_exporters.py + web export tests. 243 tests pass. - Fix DI _resolve_constructor bug (string annotations from __future__). All 243 tests pass; 0 critical flake8 errors.
- Makefile: PYTHON/PIP overridable so `make test|lint|format` use the active interpreter (was calling bare system pytest without cov plugin). - enhanced_greedy.py: explicit annotations for selected/selected_set/ selected_versions (selected_set: set[str], selected_versions: dict[str,str]) per improvement plan. - cli/main.py: drop unused SolverType import (F401). - di/container.py + di/factories.py: replace lambdas with named factories to satisfy mypy lambda-type inference; getattr for __name__ in inject(). Verification: `make test` -> 243 passed (pytest-cov, 68% coverage); flake8 critical (E9,F63,F7,F82) -> 0. Remaining mypy errors are pre-existing cross-module re-export patterns in maximizer.py/cli (out of scope).

All 250 tests pass; 0 critical flake8 errors.
…mics) - Add dependency-free in-memory RateLimiter (fixed window, per API key) wired into require_api_key; returns 429 on exceed (PM_RATE_LIMIT/ PM_RATE_WINDOW env tunables). - Add GET /api/v1/openapi.json (OpenAPI 3.0 subset) and GET /api/v1/docs (minimal HTML page) so the API self-documents without a FastAPI migration. - Add tests for openapi spec, docs page, and 429 rate-limit behavior. 253 tests pass, 69% coverage. - Solvers and parsers now use lazy registries (_LazySolverRegistry / _LazyParserRegistry): `import package_maximizer.solvers` never requires z3/pulp/ortools/pysat. Names are always listable; classes import only when requested via get_solver/get_parser. Missing deps raise a clear ImportError. - Module-level __getattr__ re-exports class names (e.g. `from ...solvers import MaxSatSolver`) lazily, preserving the public API for existing code. - SOLVER_REGISTRY/PARSER_REGISTRY .keys()/.items() work without importing optional deps; fixed recursion bug (cache read via dict.__*__ directly). - build_default_solver_factory / build_default_parser_factory now register by name and resolve lazily (consistent with the DI factory goal). - Add tests/test_lazy_registries.py. 257 passed, 1 skipped, 69% coverage. All 257 tests pass; 0 critical flake8 errors.
- Wire `-C/--config` from the CLI group into subcommands via ctx.obj: `maximize` now defaults --manager/--solver from the loaded Config when not explicitly passed (explicit CLI flags still win). List new managers (snap/flatpak/cargo/npm) in --manager help. - Add SolverType.ENHANCED_GREEDY = "enhanced_greedy" so the enum matches the SOLVER_REGISTRY entry (fixes "Unknown solver 'enhanced_greedy'" when selecting the enhanced greedy solver). 257 passed, 1 skipped, 69% coverage. 0 critical flake8 errors.

Remove `-ll` from the Bandit security-lint step; keep `-ii` (medium confidence) + `--severity-level medium`. The `-l/--level` and `--severity-level` flags are mutually exclusive, which caused the Security Audit job to exit 2 and fail the CI run. Verified locally: `bandit -r package_maximizer/ -ii --severity-level medium` returns 0 (clean, B324 already fixed).

(web API tests) and test_tui_app.py (imports textual at module top) failed
collection on all OS/Python combos.
