Implements Phase 3 of the development plan with production-ready features:

New Core Features

VersionConstraint: Full support for version comparison operators
- ==, !=, >, >=, <, <=, ~ (compatible version operator)
- Parses semantic versions (1.2.3, 2.0.0, 10.0.1, etc.)
- Handles version ranges and wildcards
- Implements compatible version logic (~1.2.3 means >=1.2.3, <1.3.0)
DependencyConstraint: Version-aware dependency checking
- Validates package presence
- Checks version requirements
- Supports complex dependency specifications
ConflictConstraint: Version-aware conflict detection
- Detects package conflicts
- Respects version constraints in conflicts
- Supports conditional conflicts
ConstraintParser: Robust constraint string parsing
- Parses dependency strings (e.g., "libc >= 2.30")
- Parses conflict strings (e.g., "pkg1 < 2.0")
- Handles complex version specifications
- Graceful degradation for malformed input

New Solver

EnhancedGreedySolver: Production-grade greedy algorithm
- Version constraint awareness: Respects version requirements
- Smart dependency handling: Prioritizes packages with dependencies
- Priority-based selection: Packages with more dependencies go first
- Configurable conflict resolution: skip or remove strategies
- Weight support: Honors package weights/preferences
- Fallback mechanisms: Graceful handling of edge cases

New Integration Layer

RealRepoIntegration: Direct integration with system package managers
- APT (Debian/Ubuntu): dpkg, apt-cache, apt
- Pacman (Arch Linux): pacman
- DNF (Fedora/RHEL/CentOS): dnf
- Brew (macOS): brew

- get_installed_packages(): Get all installed packages
- search_packages(query, limit): Search for packages
- get_package_info(package_name): Get detailed package information
- check_package_installed(package_name): Check if package is installed
