Fixes #44.

  • Reject SQL task paths that point to directories.
  • Convert filesystem and UTF-8 decoding errors into actionable task failures.
  • Ensure unexpected run scheduler exceptions set a terminal FAILED state and retain traceback diagnostics in run output.
  • Add regression coverage for directory paths, invalid UTF-8 files, and unexpected executor failures.
