engine/snapshots: decompress layers through compressutil A layer decompressed ahead of its apply, a layer the engine's applier decompresses as it reads it, a Windows layer and buildkit's decompress now use compressutil.DecompressStream, so their zstd decoders are reused across layers. The applier reads a media type containerd knows as containerd's compressed-layer processor reads it; any other, such as an encrypted layer's, still goes through containerd's processors. remotecache: send a session's claim until its settle is covered A session that ended while its claim waited to be sent, such as behind the open of its idle period, dropped out of the reported claims, and the settle listing it went without its claim.
