Two IEC test cases fail :

examples/DynaSwing/IEC/Wind/Neplan/WPP4BCurrentSource2015FOCB/WPP4BCurrentSource2015.jobs

Both aforementioned test cases are simulated successfully if the solver parameters are modified. The changes are part of this pull request.
