Source-level documentation needs to be cleaned-up, or added where missing.

Check https://dhtslib.dpldocs.info/dhtslib.html for preview ; you may need to clear cache at bottom of page if an old version is displayed. Keep in mind this dub registry-linked documentation uses adrdox, which is slightly different than ddoc.
