BeLiver - AI & proteomics for cancer treatment selection

BeLiver is a precision-oncology company from Bordeaux, France, spun off from Bordeaux University Hospital and INSERM research. We are developing a predictive test designed to support the choice of treatment in advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (liver cancer), based on the proteomic profile of the patient's tumor.

Our approach

Step 1, tumor proteome: mass spectrometry of the tumor and its micro-environment. Step 2, reference cohorts: proteomic signatures paired with the observed treatment response. Step 3, prediction model: machine learning that aims to estimate a likelihood of response.
