A minimal coding agent — "kilpa" is Lithuanian for "loop". One loop, nine tools, three
providers (Anthropic, OpenAI-compatible, Google), three runtime dependencies. Raw HTTP
instead of vendor SDKs, a terminal TUI, append-only JSONL sessions you can jq.
