Description

Bump the Go toolchain to 1.26.10 (GO_VERSION in the Makefile and go in go.mod) and TAG to v1.1.5, following the v1.1.4 bump in #5. The v1.1.4 binaries were built with Go 1.26.4, whose bundled net/http2 is affected by CVE-2026-78663 (fixed in Go 1.26.9). ap-certgenerator downloads the minica release binary, and scanners report it there as stdlib go1.26.4 (the Go binary in that image is /usr/bin/minica).

After merging, v1.1.5 needs to be released with make release so the certgenerator Dockerfile can point MINICA_VERSION at it. Until that release exists, certgenerator can't pick up this fix.

Testing

Built the repo on golang:1.26.10-alpine3.24 with make build. It succeeds, and go version -m ./minica reports go1.26.10. I didn't run make dist/make release or cut the release.

The v1.1.4 binaries were built with Go 1.26.4, whose bundled net/http2 is
affected by CVE-2026-78663 (fixed in Go 1.26.9). Scanners flag it in
ap-certgenerator, which downloads the minica release binary. Bump GO_VERSION
and go.mod to 1.26.10 and prepare v1.1.5.
