Native constructs by driver: show only acceptance; no source note

The table no longer marks flat types that -c reports as not convertible
(no converter for that type): readers need whether the solver receives
a construct, so every construct a driver does not receive natively
shows "-". The cuOpt column is no longer marked as read from source.
