Bug: eslint compact formatter isn't working with eslint 10

As i've mentioned in wxt-dev/wxt#2643
... compact format/mechanism was removed in eslint 10. Deprecated in version 9: https://eslint.org/docs/latest/use/migrate-to-9.0.0#-removed-multiple-formatters

This package need to support it in any other way, because now without eslint-formatter-compact eslint checking doesn't work at all.
