Current folder PHASE4_AFNI_transformed/MEAN input is using the wrong input, Phase0 (instead of 'Phase1_PostQC') as indicate by the current AFNI script Line 7:19

This folder will either need to be overwritten or named archive after the appropriate files regenerated.

The csh script itself should be fixed as well.
