We should add a few negative testcases, some that come to mind:
- authorized is false
- did does not exist at all

cheqdResolverUrl this should be parametrizable somehow

This PR adds features to resolve a DID Linked Resource and authorize a did from Trust Registry which is compliant with the TRQP specification.
