build(deps): bump the minor and patch dependency updates together - #39

Combines Dependabot #33 (24 frontend updates, minus @hey-api/openapi-ts), #37 (@eslint/js 9.39.5), #28 (ruff 0.16) and #31 (mkdocs-material 9.7.7), rebuilt on current main so the lockfiles keep @xyflow/react and the other packages added since Dependabot branched. - Lockfiles regenerated with pnpm install and uv lock. - The generated client and five components re-run through prettier 3.9, which wraps a few type unions differently. No behavior change. - @hey-api/openapi-ts stays at 0.83: 0.99 rewrites the whole generated client and fails partway, so it needs its own change. - cloudron.yml: group the GITHUB_OUTPUT writes (actionlint SC2129 failed pre-commit on main). Before: four Dependabot PRs (#33, #37, #28, #31) carried minor and patch bumps on branches cut before most of this week's features landed. Merging them as they are would drop
