Description

Before: the v0.7.0 release bumped __version__ in app/domain/__init__.py, which FastAPI puts in the schema's info.version, but left nextjs-frontend/openapi.json at 0.6.0. CI's "OpenAPI schema is up to date" step (FastAPI embedded job) now fails on main and on every PR merged with it (- "version": "0.6.0" / + "version": "0.7.0").

After: openapi.json is regenerated with make openapi (only the version line changes; the client is unchanged), and release.py cut sets the version in openapi.json along with the other version files, so the next release keeps them in step.

Motivation and Context

Unblocks CI for every open PR after v0.7.0.

v0.7.0 bumped __version__ (which FastAPI puts in the schema's info.version) but
not nextjs-frontend/openapi.json, so CI's "OpenAPI schema is up to date" check
fails on main and on every PR merged with it. Regenerated the schema with
make openapi, and release.py now sets the version in openapi.json too.

…ard limits (#281)

* feat(budgets): ask for an overall AI budget in setup, with soft and hard limits

A new `all` budget caps everything Lens spends. The in-app setup wizard gets a
Budget step and the web installer asks for one with a cloud provider: a scale
for the hard limit, the soft limit at 80% (warns), the model's price so the
spending is counted. At the hard limit runs wait or are skipped and priced model
calls stop; local models keep working. The web installer now asks only the
essentials, with folder/port/network under Advanced and the extras under More
options on the review.

* fix(setup): skip the budget step for a model on this machine; clicks survey follows the installer

A model on this machine or its network costs nothing, so the setup wizard asks
for a budget only after a cloud model, as the web installer does. The clicks
survey's install journey no longer waits for the Extras step (now More options on
the review): one click fewer, recorded in the baseline.
