Description

Before: the routing rules from #153 could only be set through the API.

After: the watch dialog for an email account has a Routing rules section. Each rule reads "If From / Sent to / Subject has / Mailing list / Mailbox matches these patterns (and more conditions), then send it to a namespace, or skip it". You can add, reorder and remove rules in place. Below them, a live list shows where the latest messages would go under the rules as they stand, using POST /api/v1/watches/routes/preview. Unfinished rules are marked, and saving is blocked until they are complete. Watches on non-email sources look exactly as before.

Motivation and Context

This is the second half of the "routing rules from a shared inbox" item: rules that you edit in the web app.

Types of changes

Checklist:

  • The title is a Conventional Commit.
  • My code follows the code style of this project (eslint, prettier, tsc clean).
  • I added or updated tests (__tests__/mail-routes.test.tsx).
  • My change requires documentation updates (docs/processing.md already describes the rules from feat(sources): route a shared inbox's mail to namespaces with rules #153).
  • Users need more than the title to understand it.

The watch dialog for an email account gains a Routing rules section: rules
with conditions on sender, recipient, subject, list or mailbox, sent to a
namespace or skipped, reordered and removed in place. Below them, where the
latest messages would go under the rules as they stand.
