feat(notes): find, read and write notes over MCP - #137

Conversation
Agents signed in over MCP get find_notes, read_note and write_note, with the same access as the person: notes in the namespaces they can read, writing with a write-scope token and editor access, marked as written by an assistant. The assistant's find_notes shares the search, which now puts the latest notes first after title matches. Description
Before: agents connected over MCP could read recordings, entities, topics and the graph, but not notes.
After: they get three tools.
find_notessearches by words or by PARA place, with links.read_notereturns a note's Markdown with its links and backlinks, by id or as the page of a thing.write_notewrites a note or a thing's page, marked as written by an assistant. They have the same access as the person who signed the agent in: notes in the namespaces they can read. Writing needs a write-scope token and editor access.
Motivation and Context
Notes module: the assistant is the notes' primary user, and agents reach Lens over MCP. The assistant's
find_notesnow uses the samenotebook.findas MCP, which also fixes its ordering: after title matches it shows the latest notes first, where before it showed the oldest.Types of changes
