A note whose title or text changed is refined once nobody has touched it for two minutes: the model rewrites its one-line summary, and its title when that is empty, Untitled or no longer fits. On by default, switched off in Settings > Assistant (ai.refine_notes). Description
Before: a note's one-line summary was whatever someone typed, so the assistant had little context to go on in the tree and in searches.
After: two minutes after a note stops changing, the model rewrites its one-line summary to cover the whole page. It changes the title only when the title is empty, "Untitled" or no longer fits. Settings > AI has a "Refine notes" switch, which is on by default.

Notes module: "every note has a title, date and a one-liner that gives the AI context, refined by the AI if enabled". A scheduler loop in
routines.startrefines up to five pending notes per pass. A note is marked pending on each body change. Cost reporting moves to the activity ledger once #114 lands.Types of changes
