Before: on the Ubuntu runner every CI run went red. The SurrealDB server job failed at once because a cancelled job's surreal container was still there. Three Next.js UI tests went past Jest's 5 s timeout. The backend lint failed on an unsorted import that is already on main.

After: the SurrealDB container gets a name for each run and binds any free local port. It is removed at the end even when the job fails or is cancelled. Jest allows 20 s per test. The Fedora test files pass ruff check and ruff format --check.

How: LENS_TEST_SURREAL_URL is now read from docker port and written to $GITHUB_ENV. An if: always() step runs docker rm -f. testTimeout is set in jest.config.ts. ruff format was run on the two Fedora test files.

The SurrealDB server job's container now has a name per run, takes any free
port and is removed at the end, so a cancelled job's leftover "surreal"
container no longer fails the next one. Jest's per-test timeout is 20 s: three
UI tests took over 5 s on the runner. Also sorts an import and formats two
Fedora test files main's lint rejects.

…out posix_spawn setsid

uv's Python builds (CI's 3.12.5) raise NotImplementedError for setsid=True, so
Chromium never started there; fall back to setpgroup=0. The calendar redirect
test pins localhost to its IPv4 address, as Ubuntu also gives it ::1.
