feat(entities): an Entities page in the sidebar - #62
Merged

Conversation
Entities gets its own page: a namespace's entities with search, type and
collection filters, a Hidden tab and sorting. An entity opens in a side
panel where editors rename, retype, describe and hide it, with the lines
that mention it and a link to the graph.
Entities can now carry a description (PATCH /entities/{id}), and the
entity list filters by collection (its recordings and those of the
collections inside it).

Description
Before: entities could only be reached through the graph or a recording; there was no list of them and no way to say what one is.
After: "Entities" sits in the sidebar where Speakers was. It lists a namespace's entities with search (name or alias), type and collection filters, sorting, paging and a Hidden tab. Clicking one opens a side panel with its counts, name, type and a description editors can change, a Hide/Show button, the lines that mention it and a link to the graph.
API: entities carry an optional
description(PATCH /api/v1/entities/{id}, editors, audited, up to 2,000 characters), andGET /api/v1/entities?collection=<id>keeps to what that collection's recordings (and those of the collections inside it) say. OpenAPI and client regenerated withmake openapi.Motivation and Context
Second of a series of small PRs for per-namespace entity modes (fixed, self-organising, hybrid). The setup tab and modes come next.
