Description
Before: the README listed the mesh as In progress, linked to #607, which has since merged.
After: the README's built list has Run on more machines, describing the mesh, worker nodes, compute nodes, and Settings › Nodes and Network. It also says the mesh hasn't been tried between two real machines yet. docs/requirements.md gets a "Run on more machines" section with seven requirements, each naming the tests that check it. The In progress line is removed.
Motivation and Context
AGENTS.md: requirements move with the code. #546, #553, #591, #595, #602 and #607 are all merged.
