Description

Before: Speakers had its own item in the sidebar, and Settings was shown to admins only.

After: Speakers is gone from the sidebar and opens at Settings → Speakers. Settings now shows in the sidebar for every member: members see a "Your namespaces" group with Speakers, admins also see the archive's settings under "Archive". The voice-review count moved onto the Settings item. Old /speakers links redirect to /settings/speakers, keeping ?ns= and ?tab=; a speaker's profile (/speakers/<id>) keeps its address and highlights Settings. "Open provider settings" on a failed summary now goes straight to the LLM section.

Motivation and Context

First of a series of small PRs for the new Entities feature: the sidebar slot goes to a generalised Entities page next.

Types of changes

  • Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
  • New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
  • Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to change; ! in the title)

Checklist:

  • The title is a Conventional Commit.
  • My code follows the code style of this project (eslint, prettier, tsc clean).
  • I added or updated tests (navigation test).
  • My change requires documentation updates, and I have updated docs/ accordingly.
  • Users need more than the title to understand it, so I wrote it under ## Unreleased in CHANGELOG.md.

Local checks: tsc, eslint, jest (540 passed), next build all clean.

Speakers now open at /settings/speakers, in a section every member has;
the archive's settings stay admin-only below it. Settings shows in the
sidebar for everyone and carries the voice-review count. Old /speakers
links redirect, keeping ?ns= and ?tab=; speaker profiles keep their
address and highlight Settings.
