The Mac runner is gone, so Next.js, pre-commit, the PR title check and releases join the other jobs on [self-hosted, Linux, X64] instead of waiting for any self-hosted runner. Description
Before: Next.js, pre-commit, PR title and Release used plain
self-hosted, so they could go to either the Mac or the Linux runner.After: every job uses
[self-hosted, Linux, X64]. The Mac runner has been removed, and a Mac that comes back won't pick up these jobs. The macOS fallbacks from #27 and #47 stay in place, but no job is routed to macOS now.Motivation and Context
Adeel shut down the Mac runner, so the Ubuntu x64 box is the only runner.
