Before: with no USB device controller, gadgetcast gadget up says "enable dtoverlay=dwc2,dr_mode=peripheral and reboot". The image already sets that overlay (seen in a QEMU boot of the v0.1.1 image), so a user on a Pi 3 B, or with the cable in the Zero's PWR port, is sent after the wrong fix.

After: the message says to check the overlay 8000 in config.txt and names the boards and ports that can act as a USB device (Zero / Zero W / Zero 2 W data port, Pi 4 and 5 USB-C, A+/3 A+) and those that can't (Pi 1 B, 2 B, 3 B, 3 B+).

How: message text only in gadget.FindUDC; TestFindUDC now also requires the board list.

The old hint said to enable dtoverlay=dwc2, which the image already does;
on a Pi 3 B or with the cable in the PWR port that sent users after the
wrong fix.
