…urce read (run 19: 5 → 0) Run 19 reported 5 sub-agent reads of the plugin's own source. All five were the planner's `SCH=<plugin>/schemas/planning-artifacts.kdl; md-db describe --schema "$SCH"`: legitimate schema use that the counter excluded only in the literal `--schema <path>` form. The counter now treats any `<plugin>/schemas/…` reference as schema use. Test-first (evidence.test.py fixture: the variable form is not a read, a SKILL.md read still is). The evidence ledger and ROADMAP M0.8 record run 19 as 0 reads with the correction noted; CHANGELOG updated. make ci: 60/60. ….66, 8m17s, 12/12) Run 21 is the first run under the dispatch model gate: every dispatch went on haiku and the cost fell from $2.79 (run 20) to $0.66 with 3 blocks, 1 wake and 0 plugin-source reads. ROADMAP M0.8 carries runs 20 and 21; the evidence ledger gets both rows (run-summary's output).
