Before: the M10.2 dependency and secret gates (#106, #107) and the M0.9 plan approval gate (#99) had only fixture tests together. Nobody had measured whether they wrongly refuse real work.
After: live run 51 on master fdda5d9 passed 13/13 in 14m24s for $0.94, over 2 tasks and 37 supervisor turns. Neither new gate refused anything. All 3 blocks were caught by the workers' own self-checks. The evidence ledger and the ROADMAP M10 row record this.
How: I ran
make e2e-live YES=1 INTENT=clifrom a detached snapshot of master, then added the row and a note todocs/evidence/README.md.evidence.test.pypasses 4/4.Generated by Claude Code
