Before: the ledger stopped at run 26, which hit the RED stuck loop.
After: run 27 is recorded. It ran on master with the trimmed playbook (#43) and the named-symbol RED block. It passed 13/13 checks in 9m54s for $0.70 with 1 wake, which makes it the fastest and cheapest two-story run so far.
How: I added the row to the evidence ledger and the M0.8 entry to ROADMAP §0, and updated the README table and the site sentence. site, evidence and check-tracking tests pass, and so do test-hosts and conformance (63/63).
