…ppend from a worktree (run 23) Live run 23 (wordfreq under the model gate, 9c6a16c): 13/13, 16m13s, $0.98, 3 wakes, 0 plugin reads, 5 blocks; the final gate passed first time. 4 blocks were one GREEN worker: the Write tool was refused on the main tree's output.md, and validate_comms' role-mismatch block named no way out, so it stopped three times and hit the stuck release. That block now carries the same `cat >> … <<'EOF'` instruction as the missing-block one. Conformance: 62/62 (both ctx-symbols and fallback mode). Ledger, ROADMAP M0.8, OVERVIEW count, CHANGELOG. Before: in this live run, a GREEN worker tried to write its report with the Write tool, and worktree isolation refused the main tree's
output.md. The gate's "latest output.md block is not from 'green-worker'" message named no way out. The worker stopped three times, hit the stuck release, and needed a supervisor wake before it appended withcat >>. That was 4 of the run's 5 blocks.After: that block carries the same shell-heredoc instruction the missing-block message already had.
How: test-first. A new conformance case checks that the role-mismatch block names
