Objective

Build first-run onboarding wizard UI and route gating.

Scope

  • Wizard flow:
    • Welcome
    • Data method selection (manual / CSV / both)
    • First account entry/import
    • Optional FIRE goal setup
    • Redirect to dashboard
  • Add local-first privacy messaging in onboarding
  • Gate first-run users from app shell into onboarding
