meson setupfails on Linux withsrc/meson.build:85:15: ERROR: Dependency "appleframeworks" not found (tried framework).After making it optional, linking fails during

Also fixes a typo when adding
rubberbandas a dependency, whereflac.found()was being checked instead ofrubberband.found().Tested on Fedora 44:
meson setup,compile, andtestall pass.
