As titled.

This fixes make test_python on Linux (Ubuntu 24.04 LTS) and makes the tests run against the build artifacts produced in the local build dir, without having to rely on invasive actions such as installing the library into the current system environment.

Previously:

$ make test_python
...
E   ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'aubio'
...
==== 28 errors in 0.62s ====
make: *** [Makefile:144: test_python] Error 2
$

Now:

$ make test_python
...
==== 593 passed, 51 skipped, 1 warning in 2.40s ====
$
