pynixd: nixft in CI proves the trial write routes only, not a deployment's #1160
Description
internal.tests.guest-nixft runs pynixd with the nixft shim's trial routes: AddToStore, AddToStoreNar and AddMultipleToStore go to pynixd's engine (nix/functional-tests/make-shim.sh). A deployment keeps every write on the daemon, so the path every deployment uses (store/daemon_writes.py) has no nixft coverage in CI.
NIXFT_OP_ROUTES={} (nixidae 873e9b9) runs the shim at a deployment's defaults. Measured on 2026-11-02 by hand in a --break nixft guest: 0 regressions at both routes, 166 OK, 34 SKIP, 12 FAIL in each arm, about 30 minutes per run.
Proposal: a third arm in the guest phase (tests/guest/nixft.py), the pynixd arm with NIXFT_OP_ROUTES={}, compared with the same control. That costs about 15 minutes more per run. The alternative is a second CI job.
