Add .github/workflows/build-iso.yml with workflow_dispatch trigger and matrix build for amd64/arm64 on native runners. The build step is a stub that prints runner info for validating the infrastructure.
Temporary change for development. Need to remove this before we create the PR in minikube repo.
Build a clean buildroot toolchain using stock qemu defconfigs on native amd64 and arm64 GitHub Actions runners. This validates the build infrastructure and runner capabilities before adding the minikube ISO build. Next step: add ccache and cache the toolchain output so subsequent builds only rebuild changed packages.

Generate buildroot build-time graphs (make graph-build) and upload build log, resolved .config, build-time.log, and timing graphs as a single artifact directory.
Cache the buildroot source tarballs so they are downloaded only once. The cache uses a varying key (including the run ID) so each build saves a fresh snapshot. On restore, GitHub Actions falls back to the most recent cache matching the arch prefix. Old entries are evicted automatically when the repository cache limit is reached. First build (cold cache): restore cache -> miss, nothing to restore download sources -> downloads all tarballs build toolchain -> compiles everything from scratch save cache -> saves dl/ for future builds Second build (warm cache): restore cache -> prefix match, restores previous cache download sources -> skipped, tarballs found in dl/ build toolchain -> compiles everything from scratch save cache -> saves updated dl/ as new entry
Switch from stock buildroot defconfigs to the minikube defconfigs, which include BR2_CCACHE=y. This requires checking out the minikube repo, setting BR2_EXTERNAL, and applying buildroot patches — matching the existing Makefile flow. Add ccache restore/save steps so compiled objects are reused across builds. Log ccache hit/miss stats in build results and include the detailed stats log in artifacts.
We don't get the log file, and based on the docs we don't need the log file to get stats.
The sources are the same for arm64 and amd64 - use the same cache key. The first job will save the cache and the second job will fail to save.
