Summary
Add an experimental
nf-snapshot@0.1.0configuration to the pipeline template's AWStest_fullworkflow, based on nf-core/demo#74. The scaffold includes the same output filters and baseline path, while retainingnf-schemain the Seqera Platform launch plugin list. Generated pipeline usage docs explain how to create a pipeline-specific baseline and enable the check.The snapshot block is commented out by default because a newly generated pipeline has no output baseline. Enabling the plugin also requires a compatible Nextflow version (at least 26.04.6). This lets pipelines opt in after a reviewed full run without breaking their existing AWS tests.
