UEFI boot fails with kvm on aws x86 metal instance with #13

Description
Trying to boot feature branch #4's version of miniOSv on an AWS metal instance (without root privileges) fails during early boot staged

Edit:
Running without root privileges, the above error is thrown every time. Running with root privileges introduces nondeterministic behavior:
- The kernel either boots as expected (most of the time), or
- Blackscreen (not a single line of output is printed, until the process is killed)

So you mean you run miniOSv on top of QEMU in an AWS metal instance?

Not sure if this is an UEFI problem, therefore i would merge the UEFI branch and make this separate.
