mininet.org website is not accessible for corporate networks behind zscaler

Not an issue with the code, but I don't know how else to raise it.
As per website screenshot shared below, this is 403 Forbidden error where website is blocking the connection where traffic coming through zscaler IP.

To resolve the issue, the below Zscaler IP should be whitelisted.
