Prostate Segmenter

Introduction

Prostate Segmenter is a 3D Slicer command line (CLI) module for splitting the prostate gland into the following 12 sub-regions:

left anterior base sector (label value: 14)
left anterior middle sector (label value: 15)
left anterior apex sector (label value: 16)
left posterior base sector (label value: 17)
left posterior mid sector (label value: 18)
left posterior apex sector (label value: 19)
right anterior base sector (label value: 20)
right anterior middle sector (label value: 21)
right anterior apex sector (label value: 22)
right posterior base sector (label value: 23)
right posterior middle sector (label value: 24)
right posterior apex sector (label value: 25)

Usage

It is assumed that in input label the prostate gland label value is 1.
