What Changed

Add project visualization to mobile from Home and Project overview, using the same graph layout and avatar resolution as web. The graph includes branch and worktree details, linked and unlinked threads, settled-thread expansion, commit history, search, and environment selection.

Match the web graph’s borderless branch groups and connector geometry. Use the native bottom search bar from Home, show the project icon and name above the Project visualization subtitle, and keep Choose project in the top header menu.

Why

Mobile was missing the web project graph. Sharing its layout preserves topology across clients, while a finite graph query allows loading, refresh, and retry to finish correctly.

Validation

  • 33 focused mobile and shared graph tests passed.
  • Mobile typecheck and targeted lint passed.
  • Verified in dark mode on a dedicated iPhone 17 Pro Max (iOS 26.2): search and clear, settled-thread expansion, project switching, and the top Choose project menu.
  • Android receives the header and platform search changes but was not simulator-tested.

Review status

Before/after screenshots are still needed in this PR. The simulator verification screenshots were temporary local files and are no longer available.

Implemented with GPT-6 in the Codex harness.

- Move project metadata and search into the native screen header
- Support title icons and toolbar menu configuration
