- Build Project and run unpackaged
- Close app
- Navigate to AppIdRepro\bin\x64\Debug\net8.0-windows10.0.19041.0\win-x64
- make a copy of this folder
- Run exe in win-x64, note how launching this exe multiple times redirects to correct instance
- Run exe in copied folder, note how this does not redirect to orginal instance
