Summary
LeidenGraph.refineGraphbuilds the well-connected candidate set with the Leiden conditionE(C, S - C) >= gamma * |C| * (|S| - |C|), but currently substitutesnewSize(the source node's community size) for each candidate community's size. This can admit a candidate that does not meet the condition, or exclude one that does.Use each candidate's tracked size from
commNewInfoand add a synthetic boundary case covering unequal source and candidate sizes. Related to #1364.Verification
CPMTest: 1 test passed using Scala 2.12.15, ScalaTest 3.2.17, and a task-local JDK 8.git diff --cached --checkpassed before commit.
