What changed in this PR
Adds OLake to the connector comparison, documenting its MySQL capabilities and limitations based on a source review.
Changes:
- Adds an OLake column covering replication modes, destinations, and operational features.
- Adds MySQL-specific rows for binlog handling, numeric types, filtering, and other capabilities.
- Records the reviewed OLake commit and distinguishes source inspection from measured behavior.
