L'organisation catastrophique
L'organisation a été catastrophique trop de monde, trop d'attente pour des places à un tel prix nous avons passé notre temps à attendre impossible de circuler et de profiter de tous les endroits du grand prix.
C'est scandaleux pour un tel évènement qui a lieu tous les ans, l'organisation été dépassée, invisible et inadaptée.
Impossible d'acheter à boire, à manger ou des souvenirs sans faire des heures d'attente.
Le budget total pour un tel évènement reste conséquent pour à la finaliser passer un week-end angoissant à faire preuve de patience tout au long de la journée afin d'arriver à profiter de 50% des évènements à voir ou à visiter.
Malgré plusieurs heures d'anticipation, impossible d'assister à la course sprint du samedi.
Nous avons payé pour passer notre week-end à attendre.
Très déçu et énervé d'un tel bilan du week-end pour un évènement mondial et annuel ...

A weekend of long queues and overcrowding is certainly not what anyone hopes for at such a special occasion, and we completely understand your disappointment.
We would like to clarify that issues such as crowd management, waiting times for food and beverages, and the overall organization at the venue are fully managed by the circuit and local organizers. Unfortunately, we have no influence over these aspects.
Our responsibility is to ensure delivery of the service you booked and to guarantee your access to the event, which we have fulfilled as agreed.
That said, we genuinely regret that your experience was not as enjoyable as anticipated.
