Absolute 5-Star Experience and Customer Support!

After much deliberation and research, I originally bought the WalkingPad X25+ to use under my desk and for running. Ideally, I wanted a model with an incline, but couldn’t find anything at the time that met my criteria for being compact and foldable, so I compromised.

Shortly after my purchase, WalkingPad released the new G5i model featuring an incline. I reached out to their customer support team to discuss my options, and I was genuinely blown away by how accommodating and helpful they were. They went above and beyond to ensure I ended up with the exact model I needed—their service is truly top-tier.

As for the G5i itself, it’s fantastic. While it is quite weighty, it folds up exceptionally well for easy storage. It operates brilliantly as a flat walking pad under my desk during the workday, and the incline motion for running is super smooth. Paired with the Kinomap software, its versatility makes for an outstanding setup.

His machine folds exceptionally well and is very easy to move; the folded machine is compact and takes up little space.

Im very pleased of the product service, i lost the tredmill remote and order a replacement i was having difficulty pairing the remote to tredmill and i contacted the company, the quickly replied with video on how to pair the new remote to the tredmill and they keep on checking if i managed to use the remote. Si we have experienced some problems with out treadmill as it stopped working with my husband. They were extremely helpful but we did have to carry out the repair ourselves which was unnerving but at the same time we were able to do it. Very pleased with the customer service received

I had an issue with my walking pad but the support team were very responsive throughout the entire process and were able to give me reasonable next steps throughout the process which I really appreciated.

I purchased a WalkingPad R1 Pro. I wanted something that I could utilise quickly and easily whilst working at home. I had seen a WalkingPad which my friend had bought which they were very happy with - and, whilst I looked at many other options, I decided to opt for the premium experience. It's been great to see how easily I can hop on and off the walking pad, how quickly my step count goes up as a result, and I particularly like the Auto Mode as it slows down and speeds up without me needing to keep hold of the remote. I had a couple of questions during the ordering process, and once I received the machine, and the team have been very responsive.

Worked just fine and we were enjoying it, then less then 3 months after delivery there was a fault where there would be a clunking sound and motor would intermittently stop while in use, causing us to nearly trip over several times.

What followed was a lengthy and frustrating customer service experience. After a lot of failed troubleshooting, a spare part that 'was lost', and sourcing a spare part myself, the repair process itself proved impractical and poorly explained. It required additional tools and disassembly steps that were not made clear. It left the walking pad cosmetically damaged as well as completely unusable.

Cutting a very long story short, I ultimately had to claim my money back through my credit card company. Anyone considering a purchase with this company should certainly think twice.

I haven't contacted them since July 2025 when I advised that I would be going to my credit card, but since they are still sending me automated emails I felt compelled to share my experience.

Perfect customer service. Had a question and sorted everything out straightaway and very responsive and even overhelpful, you don't tend to get that these days! Also a perfect product and love how it looks too. Recommend.

Love my walking pad. It's quiet and well built. I go for a 45 minute walk first thing every morning and I am now easily getting my 10,000 steps in per day. I love the app, where we can have different profiles in the house to do our own walking routines which can be set manually or we can choose preset walking exercises. The safety clip broke recently and I had to contact support. They replied very quickly and I had a replacement safety clip within a few days. Customer service regularly checked in to see if the clip had arrived and was all working correctly.
