I’m£35 fee for a simple online address change - unacceptable extremely unhappy with my recent…
I’m extremely unhappy with my recent experience. I only needed to make a simple change of address on my policy, completed online, with no change to my cover and no increase to my premium. Despite this, Bikesure charged me a £35 administration fee for what should be a straightforward account update.
Considering my annual premium was only £120, this fee feels completely disproportionate and unreasonable. It gives the impression that customers are being charged excessive amounts for basic policy management rather than receiving fair service.
I understand that insurers may have administration costs, but £35 for an online address change with no impact on the policy is, in my opinion, unacceptable. This experience has seriously affected my view of Bikesure and I will think carefully before renewing.

Held information from previous policy and I only had to verify required the same along with the cost of the policy.

robbery!…
I swopped a bike on my policy for another bike the same but 1 year newer with a value of £2000.00 more and it increased the policy by over £240.00 which I think is robbery
