Don't preorder Riftbound!
We preordered Spiritforged in November, and the store owner (or whoever Florian is) has just been stringing us along with almost comical excuses: "The cards are being printed," "the cards are drying now," "the cards are being packaged," "the cards are on their way," "very soon now," etc.
The store also has scummy practices - hidden at the very bottom of the page, it says "refund in store credit only." Be aware: there are no real refunds. On top of that, the store credit you receive is 5% less than what you paid, and the value of your money has dropped since preordering due to inflation.
If you are a Riftbound player and you want to support the Riftbound community, this is not a Riftbound store. It seems like this practice is what's keeping them afloat. Their whole business model appears to be: you preorder Riftbound, wait while you watch other stores stock the product, ask for your money back, get told "store credit only," and then end up spending money you had planned for Riftbound on board games you don't necessarily want. Wave 2 and Wave 3 of Spiritforged have already been released, and they still haven't received Wave 1. I have personally managed to get Spiritforged from multiple other places - just not from here.
Despite not receiving any product, they were arrogant enough to open preorders for a display case, which - unsurprisingly - people never received either.
What's worse is that they still have Riftbound preorders live on the site, including Origins at a suspiciously cheap price compared to other stores, and even Proving Grounds - which is nearly impossible to get anywhere right now.
They keep blaming the distributor, but after eight months, any serious store would have found a new distributor by now.
The only thing worth buying here is bulk runes.
