Auto renewal did not work despite it being exactly the same card as last year.

I can see that your renewal payment has now been made online and that your policy is active once again. It appears that a different card was used to make the payment, as the last four digits do not match the default card previously held on our system.

Excellent Pet Insurance Company
They have been absolutely brilliant. My dog was diagnosed with diabetes and their cover has been nothing but fast, hassle free, and supportive. Renewal price was also more than reasonable, considering we have used our pet insurance a lot following the diagnosis. I cannot fault the service we have received.
