Ordered supplements for my dog and arrived in 7 days. I think shipment came from the US that’s why but they emailed me tracking information and I knew it would take a week so it wasn’t a big deal. Supplemebt itself is still to be seen as I just started giving it to my dog for his allergies. They say to give it for at least 30 days so I’ll update my review if not good. Otherwise happy with it. No dramas.

Received a broken cat water fountain last week. Super frustrating. Although it was well packaged, something smshed the box. Contacted support and Emma was super helpful and kindly sent a new replacement free of charge. Received the new one today and my cat is happy now.

Ordered a bed for my cat and a toy and received the toy first. Contacted support and got told bed was returned to them because of some shipping issue. Anyway, they sent a new bed and arrived yesterday. Support was helpful and nice. Thanks

Product is great. Dog loved chilling on the cooling bad. Only reason to not get 4 stars was that took almost 2 weeks to arrive in Australia

My cat felt in love for the cozy pet tent, no kidding, it looks very affordable for him and the quality excels the appearance as seen on the ad photo. Delivery was great and fast, below 7 days, no problem at all. My cat really enjoyed, great experience.

There was an issue with my order, I reached out to support and they were professional and helped sort it out and I received my order today. Definitely will order again!

I ordered my calming duck toy on 9th December 2025 and still have not received it. It's now March 4th 2026
I have sent several emails to customer serviced /support and have asked for a refund which is when they stopped replying.
Dreadfully company, that is if it actually exist.

Llevo semanas intentando contactar con ellos y no responden mis emails. Compré una camita para mi perro anciano y viene retrasada (Order #31100), pero es que mi perro ya murió y quería que me devolviera el dinero por no haber podido haceer uso del producto, que sigue sin llegar. Cuando lo miré indicaba que estaba devuelto y ahora aparece otra vez en proceso de envío. Por favor contacten conmigo para que pueda cambiar mi opinión de su empresa en esta web de valoración y otros foros

Sorry I did not look at reviews of this company before ordering total rip off company.
Scam.
Taking money off people knowing they will not receive the items or that the items sold are well below standard.

It took 7 weeks for my order of an indestructible duck for my dog. When it finally came and I gave it to my dog within minutes the foot came off and all the stuffing came out! I have requested a refund and Elena who had responded to one message is nowhere to be seen. AVOID! I’m now £27 out of pocket. If I could give no stars I would 😡

I found this company litterly from my bank account. I never ordered from them and when you try to call, all you get is "Your wait time is longer than 10min" and that is after an hour of waiting. So hung up reported them to BBB, tradecomission my bank and going to look to reporting to FBI.

I placed order on 13th December and I am still waiting. Was told just before Christmas that the courier had it and I would receive it soon.
It’s disgusting that they can get away with taking money and not sending item. Total scam!

Its a scam. Post payment they keep stalling about delivery until you give up, and enough time has passed to not reverse payment

I have attempted to return an unopened item in its original packaging 5 times over 3 weeks and have not received any response from this company so had to issue a refund request with my bank instead. They don't have a phone number to reach anybody and they do not respond to emails or their website form fill.
