I am a software hoarder--and have spent $1000s on software that is hard to use, that I don't use, and, sometimes, that doesn't work at all. Now, that I have SMS-IT (and the great support that comes with it) I am both sad that I spent so much money on software in the past--and overjoyed that now, for a single monthly price, I can get access to an ever-growing library of services (apps) that are controlled by a central A.I. that I can just talk to and tell it what I want.

I have been a customer since 2023, I only have the basic service but these guys treat me like I'm their best customer. IMy support email was responded to by a call from Mark.

Mark was friendly and highly knowledgeable, he found my errors and helped me fix them.

I then managed to break something and sent another SOS email, he was back on the phone within 15 mins and again help me sort it out ( my error)
